Հայտարարվում է բիզնես առաջարկների փոքր դրամաշնորհների մրցույթ, որի նպատակն է աջակցել ՀՀ վերադարձած մեր համաքաղաքացիներին ու քաջալերել նրանց Հայաստանում մշտական բնակություն հաստատելու և նոր բիզնես սկսելու համար:
Մրցույթին կարող են մասնակցել ԵՄ երկրներից կամ ՌԴ-ից վերադարձած այն ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, որոնք առնվազն 2 տարի անընդմեջ բնակվել են արտասահմանում և վերջին 8 ամիսը բնակվում են հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում:
Ծրագրի իրականացման վայրերն են` Կոտայքի, Գեղարքունիքի, Շիրակի և Լոռու մարզերը, ինչպես նաև Երևան քաղաքը:

«Մարդու իրավունքների կրթություն. Քայլ առաջ»
Հայաստանի Հելսինկյան կոմիտեն «Ուրբան» կայուն զարգացման հիմնադրամի հետ համատեղ Եվրոպական միության/ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի և ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի աջակցությամբ 2009-2010 թթ. իրականացրեց «Մարդու իրավունքների կրթություն. Քայլ առաջ» ծրագիրը: Ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակն էր բարձրացնել մարզային ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպություններում ընդգրկված ակտիվ դիրքորոշում ունեցող երիտասարդների դերը հասարակության կյանքում, նպաստել մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում նրանց գործունեության ակտիվացմանը:
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում կազմակերպվեցին մարդու իրավունքների վերաբերյալ չորս դասընթացներ` 4-5 օրյա տեևողությամբ հետևյալ թեմաներով.
1. Ի՞նչ են մարդու իրավունքները, ժողովրդավարությունը, քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը և իրավական պետությունը:
Մարդու իրավունքների փիլիսոփայությունը, հայեցակարգը, պաշտպանության ներպետական և միջազգային (ՄԱԿ, ԵԱՀԿ, ԵԽ, մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան) մեխանիզմները:
2. Մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում մոնիթորինգի հայեցակարգը, մեթոդները, գործիքները: Ինչպես պատրաստել զեկույցներ, մոնիթորինգի արդյունքների կիրառում:
3. Նախնական զեկույցների քննարկում:
4. ՀԿ-ների զարգացում, պլանավորում, ռազմավարության մշակում, շահերի պաշտպանություն, համագործակցություն:
Դասընթացների միջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածում մասնակիցները ձեռք բերած գիտելիքների և հմտությունների շնորհիվ կատարեցին գործնական աշխատանքներ, ուսումնասիրություններ և վերլուծություններ իրենց համայնքներում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ` գրելով ակնարկներ, թե ինչպե´ս են տվյալ իրավունքները երաշխավորված օրենսդրորեն, և օրենքի որ դրույթներ են խախտվում:
Ծրագրի մասնակիցները, բաժանվաց վեց խմբի, երեք ամսվա ընթացքում իրականացրել են մոնիթորինգներ տարբեր թեմաների շուրջ Արագածոտնի, Լոռու, Սյունիքի, Վայոց Ձորի, Արարատի և Շիրակի մարզերում:
Շիրակի մարզից մասնակցում էին «Երաշխիք» Քաղաքացիական Հասարակության Կենտրոն ՀԿ-ի նախագահ` Սերգեյ Գաբրիելյանը և Հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի համակարգող` Գոհար Մկրտչյանը: Խմբի աշխատանքներին մասնակցում էր նաև «Երկինք» ՀԿ-ի անդամ Ցողիկ Հայրապետյանը:
Խումբն ուսումնասիրություններ կատարեց «Շիրակի մարզի կենսաթոշակառու ծերերի իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը առողջապահության ոլորտի պետպատվերի շրջանակներում» թեմայի շուրջ:
Մոնիթորինգի նպատակն էր նպաստել Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի, Արթիկ, Ախուրյան համայնքների ծերության կենսաթոշակառուների առողջության իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը պետպատվերի շրջանակներում` նրանց հասանելիք անվճար դեղորայքի և բուժօգնության մասին տեղեկատվության մատչելիության բարելավմամբ:

GSGP offers supplementary grants to enable students from
select countries of Eastern and Central Europe, the former Soviet Union,
and Mongolia to pursue doctoral studies in the Humanities and Social
Sciences at accredited universities in Asia, Australia, Europe, the

GSGP offers supplementary grants to students from select countries of Eastern and Central Europe, the former Soviet Union, and Mongolia. The purpose of the program is to enable qualified students to pursue doctoral studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences at accredited universities in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle/Near East, and North America.
Eligibility

World Bank’s Civil Society Fund
The World Bank Yerevan Office is pleased to invite application proposals under the World Bank’s Civil Society Fund (CSF, formerly known as the Small Grants Program). The size of an individual grant is the Armenian Dram equivalent of $8,000-10,000. Grants projects will be selected on a competitive basis, and will be available to local non-governmental, non-commercial organizations (NGOs) with at least two years of practical and active experience.
Applicant organizations are strongly encouraged to show cash or in-kind contribution commitment for the implementation of the project.
The grants will support activities whose primary objective is civic engagement –strengthening the voices of diverse groups and promoting inclusion and participation of a broad array of citizens’ initiatives in development policies and processes. Adherence to this objective will be an important criterion for potential award. The activities should:
* Promote public consensus and local ownership for reforms and for national poverty reduction and development strategies by creating knowledge-sharing networks, building common ground for understanding, encouraging government agencies, civil society, donor organizations and private sector cooperation, and sometimes even diffusing tensions;
* Give voice to the concerns of poor and marginalized groups, and help ensure that their views are factored into policy and program decisions;
* Strengthen and leverage impact of development programs, by providing local knowledge, identifying potential risks, targeting assistance, and expanding reach, also at the community level;
* Bring innovative ideas and solutions to development challenges at local level;
* Improve public transparency and accountability of development activities, contributing to the enabling environment for good governance;
* Reveal problems related to youth and organize discussions on the possible solution of these issues.
Projects may also include workshops and seminars, costs for publications or audio-visual materials. The program will not provide support for operational projects; research programs; formal academic training programs; ongoing institutional support; scholarships; or for individuals applying for travel or studies. Please note that the administrative expenses of the preparation of proposals will not be considered, and administration costs of the NGOs during program implementation must be strictly limited and fully justified.
The duration of the projects should be no longer than twelve (12) months. The estimated start date for the implementation of the grants will not be earlier than June 1, 2010.
